Our lead technician, Alan Chook, is certified by Apple and all sales and repairs are done by him or under his supervision.

The Apple Xchange bills on a flat rate estimate system, you will know exactly what your repair will cost, in almost all cases at the time you drop off or send in your computer/device for service.
