Return Policy

Used Computers are warranted for 1 FULL YEAR from date of purchase to perform up to original specifications. Cables, Accessories have a 90 Day Warranty. Cases are not returnable once removed from package. Warranty covers the hardware itself, and not software issues. Devices such as iPods, iPads and iPhones have a 90 day warranty. Repairs warranty is 90 days on all work performed, and only covers items that are repaired and show no signs of liquid damage or physical damage. Warranty covers the original purchaser and does not transfer. Refunds can be given within 15 days of purchase and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Web Orders cancelled before pickup or shipment are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.  All warranty work will be performed at The Apple Xchange's location, it is the responsibility of the end user to cover costs to get item to the Apple Xchange and returned. The Apple Xchange will void the warranty on any computer or device that has been subject to any form of liquid spill or physical damage.
